I founded my consultancy in 2019 after two decades working across the full IT ecosystem — as a customer, as a supplier, and now as an independent consultant to purpose‑led organisations.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen the same challenges repeat: technology that doesn’t quite fit, suppliers and customers talking past each other, and operational teams left carrying the weight of unclear decisions. My work exists to change that.
